Gas treatment
Gas dehydration, fuel gas, nitrogen upgrade, scrubbers, DryGas, gas washing, lye removal and DeOxo drying.
The family
Eight solutions
[01]
Gas dehydration
Compact and lightweight dehydration of natural gas.
Reduced TEG circulation rate at high pressure and low temperature.
[02]
Fuel gas deaeration
Rebuilds and upgrades of fuel gas deaerator towers on existing installations, with no flaring or further treatment of the used sales gas or fuel gas.
[03]
Nitrogen upgrade
Reduces the oxygen in instrument air or generated nitrogen to less than 50 ppm.
[04]
Scrubbers
A variable-flow scrubber. Internal chambers let one vessel handle changing gas flows without channelling.
[05]
DryGas
Static mixers and high-efficiency separation in place of tall, heavy contactor towers.
Lower, lighter, smaller. Independent of vessel movement.
[06]
Gas washing
A compact inline washer. The gas mixes with potable water by the venturi effect, and a demister cyclone separates the droplets.
[07]
Lye removal
The Compact Lye Remover takes lye carried over from electrolysers out of the hydrogen and oxygen streams.
The lye drains back to the reservoir.
[08]
DeOxo drying
A catalytic reactor turns traces of oxygen in hydrogen into water, and a drying step removes the water.

Hydrogen
Hydrogen purification
Minox® hardware treats hydrogen as well as gas. The Compact Lye Remover cleans the electrolyser gas streams, and the DeOxo Dryer takes oxygen traces out of the hydrogen before compression and storage.
