Murshid Hugberg-Ali
Chairman of the Board
Technology entrepreneur and investor with more than 15 years of experience in climate, fintech and artificial intelligence. He served as CEO of Skyfri before becoming Chairman. He has taken companies public on Oslo Børs, including Huddlestock and Norsk Solar. He is board member of Nysnø Climate Investments, the Norwegian State Climate Fund. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Stavanger and an MIB from Grenoble École de Management.

Joel Lloyd Bellenson
Board member
Independent director. Technology entrepreneur and investor with more than 30 years in biotech, AI and digital technology. Co-founded and ran DoubleTwist, and later co-founded DigiScents. Has raised more than US$100 million. B.S. in Biology, Stanford.

Dag Jostein Klever
Board member
Dag Jostein Klever brings 20 years of experience in engineering, technology development, commercial strategy and executive leadership across the international energy industry. His background includes senior positions at FMC Technologies, TechnipFMC and Moreld, with a strong focus on innovation, technology commercialisation and strategic business development.
He currently serves as Group Chief Growth Officer at Skyfri and has previously served as CEO of MSG Production AS. Beyond his executive roles, he is Chairman of Lysbuen Industrinettverk, leads Notodden Energy Hub and serves on the Board of Hydrogenvegen AS.
Dag holds an M.Sc. in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

Kim André Johnsen

Kim André Johnsen has been Group Chief Operating Officer of Skyfri Group since september 2026. In this role, he leads the group’s business transformation and is responsible for driving both organic and acquisition-led growth.
He has more than 15 years of leadership experience across technology, management consulting and venture capital, including senior roles at Gartner, Oracle and Visma. Before joining Skyfri, he worked as a partner and management consultant, advising companies on growth and business transformation. He has also served as interim CEO, and has founded and led an investment company focused on early-stage companies. He has held several board positions, both as member and as chairman.
He holds a master’s degree from BI Norwegian Business School and Two-year Non-Commissioned Officer Training, Norwegian Armed Forces.
