Skyfri has taken another big step toward its future as a pure tech company. We have sold our service division in India to FA Infra, a Bangalore-based EPC provider and solar developer. This move is part of our long-term strategy to sharpen our focus on cutting-edge technology solutions for renewable asset operations.

The past year has been transformative for Skyfri. We’ve built and launched several advanced solutions, including our energy management system, which is already optimizing battery storage systems across Europe.

Selling our India operations marks a clear transition – we are now fully dedicated to scalable, innovative tech. And it’s paying off. Our rapid growth in clients and sales recently earned us recognition as one of Europe’s fastest-growing climate tech companies in 2024. Looking ahead, we’re doubling down on Europe and the US, strengthening our teams in Denver and Oslo to keep driving the industry forward.
